How many times have you lost the same 10 pounds, only to find them again….and more? Here are seven easy steps to get you off that merry-go-round:1. Stop using that 4-letter word: DIET. That not only connotes deprivation, but also a short-term goal…..like you’ll follow the plan, get your goal, and stop. Health is a lifelong value!2. Start keeping a food diary.
